My Background
I was born in Garden City Michigan in 1976. I moved around a lot as a kid and finally settled in Hillsdale County Michigan as a 16 year old kid. I served my country as a US Marine. I am happily married to the love of my life we have five children, all of which are grown with the exception of our youngest, and 5 grand children. After my military service I started searching for my artistic passion. I found it in October of 2019 in oil painting and haven't stopped. Thanks for stopping by!! Enjoy!

I find the movement, texture and colors of oil paint to be my favorite. I always paint on gallery wrapped and heavy duty canvas.

I draw my inspiration from the love of my wife and children and the beauty of our world that surrounds us. I think of each piece I create as an extension of myself. Starting a new painting for me is like is like the start of a new life. A life that will find its forever home and bring many years of beauty and wonder for people.
